3 1/4 acre specialist carp lake Stocked well with Mirror, Common and Ghost Carp.

The lake has a good number of carp averaging 14lb in weight.

Mirror - 30lb 12 ozs
Common - 22lb 12 ozs
Ghost - 26lb 6oz

What's New for 2008

The lake has been completly redesigned with added underwater features including island and gulllies .

The lake is shalllower averging 6 feet in depth. Trees and landscaping have been carried out.

The lake is warmer and more productive.

Parking is now behind pitches on both sides of the lake so you are fishing a matter of feet from your vehicle.

Summer Season hours

The carp lake is now open for fishing from 9am till dusk

How Do you fish the Day ticket venue?

Tickets are now issued 'on the bank'.

Simply turn up at the fishery drive down the side of the trout lake and pick your pitch.

24 hour ticket £13.00 each subsequent night £10.00 , i.e If you do two nights the cost is £23.00.

Day Ticket 9am until dusk £8.00

the charges above are for two rods a third rod £1.50

Can I fish in Winter?

Yes, from the second week in November until 1st March we are open Thursday to Sunday inclusive.

Additional information

Thick carp unhooking mats must be used.
Barbless hooks only
Boilies are allowed. (No Tiger Nuts or Peanuts)
